Youth Ascend Washington

A project of Building Changes, Youth Ascend Washington is a youth-centered online tool for providers working with young people experiencing homelessness and housing instability as they plan for life after high school. It offers an inclusive and collaborative space where young people can explore resources to support their stability and opportunities they may want to pursue post-graduation. This tool is ideally used by providers as a starting point and guide for helping young people explore different options and pathways after high school. It also offers resources specifically for providers, including strategies and approaches for supporting youth in a healthy, positive way.
