Overview of Building Changes’ priority and support items for the 2020 state legislative session. Our three priorities: 1) Continue to invest in the Homeless Student Stability Program (HSSP); 2) Continue to improve and invest in early learning for children and families experiencing homelessness; and 3) Support the Project Education Impact Workgroup to improve education outcomes for students experiencing homelessness or in foster care.
