Director of Research and Evaluation

Building Changes seeks a Director of Research and Evaluation with deep practical experience to implement and sustain a data- and evidence-based culture of learning and continuous quality improvement in support of Building Changes’ mission. The Director is responsible for the enhancement, oversight, and management of the organization’s research and evaluation activities. The Director is also responsible for ensuring that the appropriate analyses and reports are prepared and disseminated to meet internal and external reporting needs. The Director will work collaboratively with a broad array of government, community, and philanthropic partners and will represent Building Changes locally and nationally. In addition, the Director will manage staff and external evaluators and consultants. This position reports to the Managing Director of Programs (MDP). While we are currently employing a hybrid work model, our office is based in Seattle, and applicants must be willing to work within Washington State.

Development Associate

Building Changes seeks a Development Associate to support the Development Team in implementing successful fundraising efforts to sustain Building Changes’ mission. This position reports to the Development Director. While we are currently employing a hybrid work model, our office is based in Seattle, and applicants must be willing to work within Washington State.
