Senior Health Strategy Specialist

Building Changes seeks a person with experience in the homeless housing system and health system to support us to deepen our work at the intersection of these two systems for children, youth, and families. The Senior Health Strategy Specialist will be involved in various Building Changes’ projects within our health, housing crisis, and education areas of work. This position will work closely with our Policy/Advocacy team to better understand the health and housing needs of children, youth, and families experiencing homelessness and to develop strategies to address those needs. Some examples of strategies can include, but are not limited to grantmaking, programmatic implementation of policies, and capacity building in health and housing systems. Research Associate

Building Changes seeks a Research Associate to produce applied research relevant for policy and practice on topics identified through collaboration with partners and Building Changes staff, with the goal of improving services, supports, and outcomes for students, youth, and families experiencing homelessness. This position will be involved in various Building Changes’ projects with a focus on the housing crisis response and education systems. Responsibilities include implementing research, evaluation, and data analysis projects, including partner consultation, qualitative and quantitative data collection and management, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of findings.
