Senior Housing Policy Specialist

The Senior Housing Policy Specialist will lead Building Changes’ housing policy portfolio and serve as the resident expert on housing policy and how housing policy may interact with other systems. Reporting to the Director of Policy & Advocacy, this position works closely with our contract lobbyist and also collaborates with Building Changes’ research and evaluation, practice innovation, development, and communications teams. Building Changes is a statewide organization, with most of our policy and advocacy work focused on state-level policy and advocacy.

Senior Education Strategist

Focusing on Building Changes’ education work, the Senior Education Strategist will manage projects, build and maintain relationships with partners and other stakeholders, facilitate group processes, and provide training and technical assistance with the goal of improving services and supports across Washington State for students and their families experiencing homelessness.

Institutional Giving Officer

Building Changes seeks an experienced Institutional Giving Officer to raise revenue from foundation, corporate, and government sources in support of advancing the mission and work of the organization. As a member of Building Changes’ development team, the Institutional Giving Officer will collaborate with the Development Director, as well as colleagues across all departments including programming, finance, operations, and communications.
