Join the Washington Youth & Families Fund YYA Advisory Committee and help inform our statewide funding strategy related to homeless youth and young adults.
As part of the expanded focus of the newly renamed Washington Youth & Families Fund, Building Changes is convening an Advisory Committee to inform our statewide funding strategy related to homeless youth and young adult services. We are seeking 12-16 providers from across the state with experience in providing services to homeless and at-risk youth and young adults. The committee’s work will educate Building Changes staff, help build relationships with and among providers, and inform future funding and advocacy efforts.
In order to make new grants for youth and young adult services, an investment in the Fund is needed from private or state sources. Along with our partners, Building Changes is actively advocating for a state allocation for the Washington Youth & Families Fund during the 2015 legislative session.
