We strengthen the abilities of leaders, organizations and systems to innovate and offer quality services.
We pilot promising practices to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring in Washington state. We administer the Washington Youth & Families Fund as a vehicle for our grantmaking. Our investments are designed to incubate innovation, inspire cross-sector collaboration and increase knowledge in the field.
We focus on building the capacity of our grantees so they can continue to offer effective and efficient solutions for impacting homelessness. We share what we learn through the pilots so that others may benefit from our experience.
Although we don’t follow a regular funding cycle, we periodically make targeted grants across the state to test and learn from promising practices. To learn more about what we now are funding, see our Current Opportunities page. For a list of our grantees, see Funded Projects.
