For nearly twenty years, Building Changes has been a national leader in providing expert advice to agencies serving marginalized people in their communities. Our clients benefit from our direct experience with the issues they face—from the housing we developed in Seattle for people experiencing homelessness and those living with HIV/AIDS to our hands-on experience providing training and consulting to hundreds of housing, support services, and employment providers around the country.

Our vision is Ending Homelessness Together. We work with our consulting clients to craft innovative solutions and deliver expert advice that is designed for learners from a variety of backgrounds. We provide one-on-one consultations and training, as well as document and disseminate information regarding nationally acknowledged best practices in the field. We develop systems-level needs assessments and strategic plans, as well as design and implement innovative programs that end homelessness for families, single adults, and youth.

Our program consultations, including one-on-one technical assistance, team-based technical assistance, and training, are designed to:
- Generate solutions to providers’ program administration, development, implementation, and evaluation needs
- Develop new programs or improve existing program performance in order to meet end-user needs
