Published: October 16, 2012

This report prepared by Westat, an external evaluator, documents the baseline status of the systems for homeless families in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties and the implementation of the Washington Families Fund Systems Initiative (later known as the Family Homelessness Systems Initiative) in its first two years after its launch (2009-2011). The report findings, recommendations, and progress to date were the focus of a two-day convening (October 29-30, 2012) of local partners from government, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector as well as key national advocates.
