Trainings
Training for Washington Families Fund Grantees
The Washington Families Fund offers select trainings as part of the ongoing technical assistance that we provide to grantees. We also provide information about other relevant trainings and useful resources, as a courtesy to grantees.
Training Scholarship Program
Washington Families Fund’s training program includes a scholarship option for grantee agencies and their project partners. The scholarship process will help ensure efficient use of limited technical assistance funds, equal access to training support by all WFF-funded grantees, and encourage WFF-funded agencies and project partners to formulate a long-term staff training plan.
Download the WFF Training Scholarship Application (MS Word) to learn about the training scholarship program and how you can request financial support for your WFF-related training needs.
Upcoming Trainings
This list of trainings will be updated periodically as we get wind of relevant trainings happening around the state. Some of these trainings are offered by outside organizations, and some are sponsored by Washington Families Fund. If there is a cost associated with a training or conference, you may be able to access Washington Families Fund training scholarship funds. WFF Training Scholarship dollars can be used for conference registration fees, hotel costs, and mileage reimbursement.
Please contact Kelly Smith if you hear of a training in your area that could be useful for other grantees, or to suggest topics or trainings you would like to see in 2010.
