As the intermediary for the Washington Families Fund, Building Changes plays an important role for the housing and service providers who receive funding. We make grants, guide the reporting process, and provide technical assistance that builds the capacity of the grantee organizations to better serve homeless families.

Funding Opportunities

Five- and ten-year grants are available through the Washington Families Fund to support housing-based services for homeless families. The 2008 RFP was released on July 11th, with proposals due on September 5th.
